Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery generally takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp or email once your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

• We will offer a replacement or a refund for eligible cases.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Minor colour differences due to photography or screen settings are not treated as defects.

When you use our contact, feedback or newsletter forms, we collect the details you enter (such as name, email and message) only to reply to you and improve our service.

When you order on WhatsApp, we use your name, phone number and delivery address only to process and deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information. Your cart and wishlist are stored on your own device. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf.

If you create an account, we use Firebase Authentication (by Google) to sign you in and store your name and email. We are notified when a new account is created. We use these details only to serve you, and never sell them.
